I love Ascent! I have met so many neighbors, we always have great activities and events. The staff are fantastic! We are in the best location too!

love it here. the building is well kept and everyone is friendly. excellent proximity to everything downtown. super easy and convenient for pet owners as well.

I enjoyed my time at the Ascent. We have decided to move due to cost. The hotel guests neglect the common areas and hotel valet service drives recklessly threw the parking garage

Although the building is beautiful and well-laid out, there are too many significant issues to support the luxury pricing. The gate to the garage is perpetually broken and stuck in the open position (for months at a time); as a result the garage is used by non registered vehicles on a regular basis and makes parking difficult for residents. The doors that lead from the garage into the building do not lock; this has been an unaddressed security issue since beginning of November. It is even more... serious when the garage gate is stuck in the open position. The response by management is that they are “waiting for the parts to fix the faulty locking mechanisms”. These are acute security issues as the building is in busy downtown St Pete (excellent location) and anyone can drive or walk into the garage and enter the building on floors 2-5.

We... want to assure you that we are actively addressing the gate issue and are awaiting the necessary parts to complete the repairs. While the parts have been delayed due to back-order, we have been working closely with our towing company to manage unauthorized parking and ensure that residents are not impacted. Additionally, we are aware of the concerns with the garage doors and are prioritizing the resolution of the locking mechanism issue as quickly as possible.
