Terrible place to rent
I’m not usually one to write reviews but I wish I would have seen this one before moving from out of state. Lived here for 2 years and it was a terrible experience. Forced us to sign a lease before ever seeing our unit. Damage, stains and paint splatter everywhere. Terrible appliances that were always broken. Dishwasher broken twice, had to replace the fridge, had to replace the washer and dryer. Bottom of the barrel appliances and always beaten up. Couldn’t get to our door without going through... a cloud of pot smoke, watched someone get stabbed in a huge altercation in the parking lot, front office staff was shady and some even lived on property in the renovated apartments while the rest of the places were super dated. They jumped the rent $300 a month for a 2bed/2 bath when we renewed, trash everywhere on the ground, terrible dirty broken down playground. The best part was that we found out from the neighbors that the renters before us used one of the bedrooms for a marajuana grow room! It flooded and the repairs were terribly done. Please don’t rent here, especially if you have children.

We would never force our residents to sign a lease.... To ensure transparency, we provide a Statement of Condition at move-in so that any issues or concerns can be addressed promptly. Regarding maintenance issues, we have a dedicated team to address and resolve any appliance or repair requests quickly. We encourage residents to report any problems immediately so we can take appropriate action. If there were delays or unresolved issues, we sincerely apologize and would like to investigate further. Also, we are committed to maintaining clean and well-kept common areas, including the playground. If there were any lapses in cleanliness or maintenance, we regret any inconvenience caused and are taking steps to improve these areas.
Safety is a top priority for us, and we take any reports of criminal activity very seriously. We work closely with local law enforcement to maintain a secure environment for our residents. As for the concerns about the rent increase, it is standard practice to adjust rental rates regularly based on market conditions and property improvements. We strive to keep these adjustments reasonable and competitive. Lastly, we understand the importance of a safe and healthy living environment. The issues you mentioned regarding previous tenants and poor repairs are concerning, and we would like to address these directly with you.
