Great place to live

Me, my wife and my little dog have been living here since November/2023 and we are loving it. Even with so little time, we could already see that, among the countless options available, we made the right choice. Everything here works, the place is super nice, the atmosphere is familiar, the neighborhood is friendly. We haven't even been able to enjoy all the amenities yet. We feel safe here. The main positive highlight is the office staff. They are super friendly and efficient, always ready to... answer all questions and solve all requests. It is also important to highlight the maintenance staff who are also extremely solicitous and solve all problems quickly and effectively. We feel happy here.

Love living here!

A wonderful place to live! The property is always maintained. Management along with maintenance do an awesome job! They are very nice & helpful. They respond immediately and take care of your problem and fix it the same day! I have nothing bad to say. Thank you and I love living here.

LOVING IT

Currently here and I have ZERO complaints!! The office staff is simply amazing! We love walking around the pond and hanging by the pool. Everything is super close so we don't have to drive through town to get things. The apartments are clean and great!!
