ALLUVION LAS OLAS Apartments

Worst leasing experience ever! I called multiple times over the course of a week, but they never answered. When I left messages, they never returned my calls. I scheduled a tour and received an email confirmation, but when I arrived, they said they couldn't accommodate me, even with proof of my appointment. Overall the alluvion is a very vital and pleasant place to live; however, the security and the enforcing rules about pets leaves a lot to be desired.

The building is in a great location with very nice amenities. However, rules are not enforced, residents aren’t respectful of their home and common areas, pets run wild, management doesn’t address ongoing maintenance needs, the package delivery and box removal service is a complete joke and the people in the office don’t seem to be helpful.

Alluvion Las Olas has redefined downtown living. It is more than an apartment building, it is a lifestyle. There is no doubt, the amenities are by far the very best.
No other rental community in downtown Fort Lauderdale can even come close. More importantly the staff is the most attentive, responsive, thorough, and friendliest I have encountered in over 15 years of high rise living.

Alluvion has exceeded expectations. The building, the management team, and my neighbors are all top notch
