Change in management- Quality is low now
When I first moved here 3 years ago I loved this community and took pride in being able to brag about living here. The quality is bad now. It takes maintenance weeks to fix request, the pool is sometimes dirty and has been shut down multiple times this past summer, the lawn around the complex have not been maintenance (it looks like a jungle), sometimes the gate to the dumpster is open and trash is exposed, and the people who work in the office are not professional. The rent have increased... tremendously, while the quality of the complex is going down. I cannot wait to move out. I’d rather pay more to stay in a nice complex than to renew my lease here.
