We re very happy here. We love the valet trash service. Maintaince is very prompt with fixing issues in the apartment. My son loves it's a 5 minute walk to JBHS

Things are getting better here. Kids need a playground or maybe a basketball court. But otherwise good place to live. The noise is not bad and management is really nice.

Absolutely wonderful place to live. The neighbors are all super nice. Apartments are really nice and rent is super affordable. Repairs are taken care of right away. And I just love the pool and hot tub and 24 hr gym.

New management has added more neighborhood activities. This is a friendly and well-kept place with a nice vibe. I've seen some great improvements.

When we moved in it was great, however new owners have taken over and while some improvements have been made, such as fitting a new roof, the over experience has gone down, maintenance take forever to do anything, that’s even if you get a response or updates on what’s going on. Trash is left out and raccoons get into everything, the landscaping is kept untidy.
