Blu27 is special place to call home. The Management / Maintenance Team truly make you and your family feel important. Neighbors in the building are always looking out for each other and we have an amazing community. Thank you for the wonderful memories that we continue to make.

I just moved to Miami and am living in an apartment for the first time in years. Was nervous about the experience, but after just a few weeks in my unit I could not be more impressed by the quality of blu27 and its staff.

I've been living in Blu27 for a month and so far so good!! I love living here. The staff is very useful and nice / The amenities are clean and in a very good conditions / The units have everything you need / Location is very good. I highlight recommend this building.
