TERRIBLE. Maintenance and wifi..

I've been living here for almost a year now, and there are so many issues in the building that dont get fixed. The bbqs are always broken by the pool, there are only 2 main elevators and one of othem always has an issue, there isn't any wifi in the gym, and there's always pet poop or pee in the hallways, elevators, stairwells etc.

OH also you have to pay a tremendous amount to park your cars in the garage and you even get tickets if you park in the electric spot if there are no more regular... spots available (even if you are paying for it!!). If you have a 2 bedroom apt you should have 2 parking spots available, and perhaps the seconds car at a miniminal of not no additional charge. Instead they charge you even more for the second spot! Makes no sense.
