An unluxurious experience
The absolute WORST management company I've had to deal with. They don't timely respond to maintenance requests. They don't pick up the phone. They don't respond to emails. Do not rent here. If I could give this place half a star I would. The apartments look nice on the surface, but there are a lot of issues in terms of plumbing, water damage and plumbing and getting anyone to resolve these issues is like pulling teeth. They have the nerve to increase rent when they fail to deliver... quality service. Despite what the website says, this is NOT a luxury apartment. And if management sees this post and has the nerve to respond to the post before it responds to my many emails, phone calls, messages and maintenance requests, shame on them.
