The team at Midtown 5 is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I inquired about leasing to move-in day and beyond, their customer service has been nothing short of amazing. They are friendly, professional and always go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Whether it’s answering questions promptly, assisting with maintenance requests or organizing community events, their dedication is truly impressive. Living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the incredible team.... Highly recommend Midtown 5!

Location is unmatched!!! Love living near Trader Joes, Target while also being 10 minutes from the beach.
The leasing and management is also super helpful!

I'm very happy with my choice to move to Midtown 5. Justin the leasing agent was great, and made the move go very smooth. The building has AMAZING ammenities, and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. My apt gets a lot of natural light, and the finishes are modern. I highly recommend living at Midtown 5!
