Beautiful area as a whole... Landscape unfortunately not the best as far as maintaining the beauty.....Breezeways are not regularly maintained either.

Love living here. The area is beautifully green and quiet, away from the noise of the city. Safe, clean, with spacious apartments, and a responsive management team.

This place is very nice and decent. Though I'm not sure if it's just from the inconvenience of the location of the buildings. For some time, the hallways between buildings were very dirty and covered with bugs. Recently they did a power was cleaning that really did clean the hallways, but I still had to buy my own bug spray/repellent to avoid bugs coming back to make a nest right above my door. Despite being a gated community, with a "no tailgating" guideline, the gates themselves don't prevent... or stop cars from tailgating, specially from the resident side of the gate. Despite knowing that there may be few maintenance workers, and they have to take the jobs in order as is, they do come in and get the task done well. The space feels nice and accommodating, just a few minor inconveniences. Though, due to a maintenance issue with the fridge I had when moving in, I am still seeking about $200 in damages to all my food lost when the fridge stoped working, that they haven't replaced.
