Rosemont Windermere Apartments

The apartment unit is very nice, however, there are a few concerns. There are a number of barking dogs in my building that can be heard through out the day, especially mornings and evenings, and available parking is a concern. Also, a few residents use their screened porches for storage. I have noticed a very bright blinking light at night from one of the buildings. I don’t know if it is a community light or on someone’s screened porch but it should be looked into. I will get more information... and turn in a maintenance request.

Love the office staff and amenities! Thankful for the valet trash and frequent leaf blower to clear hallways of debris! Looking forward to events coming up soon.

The community at Rosemont Windermere is conveniently located near universal studios with quick access to I4. The complex is on a major road with a stoplight for easy access into and out of the entryway. The buildings are tucked back in between several large trees that provide shade and beauty. Ample parking is available within close proximity to the apartment entrances. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are an added bonus.

I’ve moved 3 times in the past year, and lived in a total of 5 places. This is by far the best complex I’ve lived at so far. The leasing staff is so friendly and easy to create personal relationships with, the complex itself is so beautiful, and there are amenities for anything you could ever need. 5 stars all the way!!

I’ve been living here for approximately 3 years and I’ve seen a few management changes over all it’s a decent place to live with children playing in designated areas “ there’s a new playground” previously a tennis court .. I think the newest management are people focused I like that I’ve always paid rent on time but I had an issue once with putting my account info incorrectly and they took away the late charges… very nice swimming pool area and a fitness room with a peloton bike hoping that they... will fix the raised seat very soon Read More
