Staff and community excellent, Gym could be better. Sometimes some neighbors didn’t respect community guidelines, sometimes pet owners didn’t take back home their pets poop.

Rosemont Windermere is a grrat place to live! Beautifully built and landscaped with trees and flowers! The high point is the dog park! My pup loves to spend time at the park

This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! Staff is a 10/10, maintenance always gets to my apartment fast and explains everything they do. Environment is always clean.Such a peaceful, beautiful community

The office staff and the maintince worker and the residents here are polite. When you need something fixed they are on it very quick. This is a very nice place to live.
