Terrible Office and Maintenance

I have lived here for 3 years and tremendously down hill with the new staff. Good luck getting someone to answer the office phone or respond to emails. I have submitted maintenance requests over 2 months ago and counting with no reply or fix other than an email saying “do not submit another request” but they can have maintenance come in and attend to vacant apartments they want to try and sell. Do NOT live here, it’s more stress and problems than someone needs

new management doesn’t care about tenants

during a flood my carpet got damaged so when they came to replace it they broke my bed in the process, i’ve been emailing trying to get in contact and i’ve heard nothing. they didn’t care that my car was stolen out of the lot and the gate is always broken and the keypad is terrible, no security either. very unprofessional
