We moved in on September 21st of 2018. We were so pleased with the girls at the office. We were willing to look past the few problems in our apartment. Because they were so nice. We had roaches so bad that the bug man had to come in and do a bunch of extra treatments to make it to where they could not produce more babies. The electrical socket on our porch sparked and smoked the first day we moved in and was... reported and never looked at. But we let it go because we could just not use that one and it would be fine. We had a dog who HAS NEVER peed on a carpet since she was a puppy. (Which was 4 years ago.) But in our move out fees we were charged to “replace the carpet because of pet urine” we knew that there was a few things that our dog did like scratch the door and the blinds that we would have to pay for but we were 100% confident and proud that the carpet would be perfect. So when we got this letter saying there was pet urine we just said okay we will talk to the girls and get this fixed. I HAVE NEVER had so much trouble getting someone to contact me in my life. In my opinion it’s because they knew what they had done. Taken advantage of two people who raved about the girls at the office and never had a bad thing to say...until now. This is a shame that they get to take advantage of people like this. With no true proof, the pictures they sent could be taken from any apartment and just added into the pictures from our apartment. When asked for a time stamped photo they ignored that request. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened to someone. They have done this before. I am BEYOND upset and hurt that they know everything we are going through and facing right now in our life financially and they turn around and treat us like this just because they can. I am warning you NEVER move in here unless you want this to happen to you.
