I've lived here for several years and appreciate the convenient location and quiet community. Since new management (Preferred Apartment Communities) took over in August 2024, there have been several positive changes and upgrades within the community. The staff is friendly and responsive to concerns and requests. They've been doing great work and I am grateful for all the improvements within the community.

What I love most about being a resident is the amount of space I have in my apartment and how quiet the neighborhood is.

This is honestly such a beautiful community. The staff is incredibly respectful and nice. I have had no complaints here. I’m very happy to have a quiet and friendly as well as CLEAN place to live and come home to everyday. It’s been such a great experience living here, especially as a first time Georgia resident.

It is quiet and peaceful. It’s modern and the renovated apartment has everything I asked for. It’s spacious and feels homey. Angelica B was super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process and her professionalism is on poinT. I loved working with her during my process of moving and hope to continue a peaceful stay.
