Very new here. A bit annoyed my first month and I’m already fighting to get a charge off my account for over a week. Nobody responds to emails. It’s annoying. “Miscommunication” and lies are already being told. Not too sure how I feel about that.

Fabulous place to call home
I really enjoy the access to nature and the Leasing Staff is top tier for sure. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of applying for a new home

Can’t wait to move from here. We used to like it here but, seems like the environment has become unlikeable. It’s a decent place to live if you’re just passing through for a short time.

You guys take care of us so well. We’re looking to renew our lease next year. Thank you for all your hard work. A hilarious fact: the geese keep walking by our door and pooping in front of it like they are trying to stake their claim on our land… lol!

Quiet gated community with decent amenities located on a lake. Conveniently located near ample shopping and dining as well as, schools and medical facilities. Friendly and efficient office and maintenance staff.
