Sope Creek has been home to be over the past year. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the stream provides great scenery. The office staff is also friendly

I've lived here going on 15 years. I love the area. It's close to interstate 75 you can get down town quickly. There is great shopping near.

I love this community. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet despite being next to a major road. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is lots of parking at all times of the day, the community is clean, and staff is respectful. While there are some issues I feel like one needs to understand that at this pricing you’re not getting a 5 star service. That being said for what I pay for a 1 unit it is well worth it. The only issues are upon move in there were issues that I feel should have been... addressed before a new resident moves in, but these have all been resolved, at the expense of lots of time and pestering of the maintenance team. But after all these gripes have been addressed and fixed, I can honestly say I love staying here and can see myself staying for many years.

I’ve been here for about 5 months and everyone kind of keeps to themselves. Maintenance is pretty good and the apartments themselves are decent.
