Overall, the apartment and the facility is in good shape, location is excellent. Inconsistent maintenance performance leaves a somewhat sour taste on the overall positive impression.

I really like staying here. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is super friendly.
The only drawback is the walls and floors are so thin, you can literally hear someone cough is the next apartment. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay! Thank you.

I am extremely satisfied being a resident of Elevate West Village. The staff and maintenance team makes my experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable. In the event that I have a need or concern, the team answers swiftly. The support from the staff here makes every resident feel safe and acknowledged.
