Beware of the furnished apartment - no deposit refund
Apartment was relatively clean and well furnished. When I mopped the floor for the first time, the water in the bucket was like a mud puddle, so obviously the cleaning people hired before we got there only vacuumed. The toilet bowl in the master bathroom was stained a deep purple - dirty. I was able to get it sparkling white and clean. Found items under both beds - sock, pacifier, change. Did not complain about any of this.
When we moved out, my roommate asked someone in the office if the... linens needed to be washed, they said no. She hired a cleaning service. They are still charging a cleaning and laundry fee.
We have been out 6 weeks and still have not received our deposit. Called and they told us we would only get $60 because they had to clean. $120 to shampoo carpet which is only in the bedrooms. I GUARANTEE you that the furniture was never moved to clean. Just cleaned the path around the beds.
The windows are very poor. Could hear whispered conversations of neighbors below us on their patio and can hear all the noise at the pool VERY loudly.
If our deposit had been refunded us in a timely fashion, I never would have even left a review. Their contract states that the refund will be returned within 30 days. Not so.
