Luxe on Chicago Apartments

I really love live here I really hope that I am able to renew my lease the experience here is like no other place I have ever lived everyone is so sweet and kind luxe really takes there time out to help with anything you need the homes are beautiful you have comfort knowing no one can walk into the building you are safe you have privacy as well the amenities are awesome like know other it feels like a home should feel

Excellent community, nice features and a perfect location if you want to be close to downtown area.

Management does not address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since there are always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the building.

Luxe on Chicago is hands down one of the best places to live.

So far out of all the apartments i have had this is the best.

Management team and maintenance team are excellent and extremely helpful!!!

Most places don’t care about you, but at Luxe they provide Luxury!!!

Never moving out!

I really do enjoy my new apartment and location. Just be very aware that the move-in process is not easy and to allow time for things to be addressed. Thankfully, I had a week off a work to settle in with my two leases overlapping during that week, so I had somewhere else to stay as several issues were addressed. Maintenance requests have poor turnaround time with mine still currently unaddressed from a week ago.
