The leasing office does not care about your complaints. They will listen and say they put in a work order but then nobody will show up. You’d have to keep complaining multiple times to get anyone to care, and even then they still might not even show up and resolve the issue.
The apartments are old and you can hear your neighbors so clearly. All the floors creak with pretty much every step you take if you’re on the second floor. We are clean people and we somehow always would have to worry about... bugs, spiders, and even a few mice.
Yes, these apartments are cheap, but these are the reasons why.
