Don’t move here

I have lived in apartments my whole life from the east side to north side of Indianapolis this is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in very outdated they charge you for every little thing possible why does it cost me 40 dollars to pay my rent online I’ve never heard of such a rip off in my life they need new owners and possibly office staff this place has potential but if the place charges as much as they do for the quality they have it’s ridiculous how much rent is here very outdated... don’t move her didn’t have a good experience at all

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

this place sucks. If it’s not one thing it’s another with these apartments. The office ladies are rude and snobby. I’ve only lived here for a whole 12 months and had 8! YES 8 maintenance request and got charged every time there was wear and tear! These apartments are old and infested with ants. I got told by maintance that it’s “normal”. They charge way too much for a 950 square foot not updated old as hell apartments. Save your money and go somewhere else I promise it won’t be worth it. The... pool and gym are always way to crowded and let me not forget the mice

Don’t live here

Everything is seemingly fine at first but then you move out and you realize they’re not as nice as they seem. The location is great but almost everything else is not.

Liars and Money hungry Management

Do Not Rent From Here!!! They will lie to you to get you into an apartment and skip through the lies on the lease while going over it with you before you sign. They tell you the water, trash, and sewer are free, but they are not, in fact, they charge you in your rent after signing a lease for these as well as pesticide spray every month, when they don’t even spray every month either. The Water pressure is absolutely TERRIBLE, When the water isn’t shut off of course, because 3 days we were out of... water completely. Plus when it rains, the water never works for hours at a time, even went 2 days without water when it rained and the management never informed us of these issues. The appliances are cheap and the dishwashers aren’t installed correctly. The toilets leak water and the upstairs apartments randomly have water come through the vents to the downstairs apartments causing your bathrooms to flood. Maintenance are Lazy and walk around being nosey instead of actually fixing things. Theft is a big deal and the management won’t do anything about it. Also, they will add random fees to your rent and late fees constantly. No one in the office will help with questions either they tell you to call manager which never calls back. Everywhere you walk there is dog poop because no one ever cleans up after their pets! These apartments look nice but they are built very poorly and cheap. If you want to spend way too much in rent to a company that just wants money and does not care about your needs, then go ahead and rent from here! Some residents have lived here 5 years and they are ready to leave now because of the new management and added fees constantly too.

Just moved in.

Very nice place; nice people in the office; maintenance is also very nice and polite. I would say the rent is very high; but it was cheapest and nicest that we found from our searches. Marble counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen is a plus.
