Not here
This is not a good place to be due so many reasons. For example poor management, poor maintenance, poor communications, etc. We had a really bad experience in the first day of the lease and have had that mentioned right after we moved. We would go to a different place right away unless moving pain with specially a little one, however as we are for couple years anyway we stayed in this apartment. As the time go by there were so many leaks happened and the maintenances are very poorly done,... bathtub and one bathroom commode was replaced, but the commode was shaking after the maintenances. Even so many times informed no one take care of that moving toilet. So anyway due the leaks the carpet become little dirty ( the carpet was not that good condition when we initially rented either). We did a deep cleaning before moving out and have scheduled an inspection as stated in the leasing documents, but no one came to see the apartment before we moved. Now they claiming that they have replaced the carpet and the direct deposit is not going to be returned and we had to pay $300 something to extra. I was never late for the rent and the early termination fee which is twice the monthly payment + they payment for the whole leasing time. We know that our apartment was open before we move as we notice way before the 60 days and the apartment was rented again as well. suddenly when I ask for the security deposit just after 1-2 days we have this bill that saying they replace the carpet abd bla bla bla, we have to pay $344.40 which is extra to the $300 deposit they have taken from us. I would give this money to charity not to the IRISH HILLS. I don't trust them and not paying this payment, which is not my fault to be replace ( if they replace it). I had a rental insurance when I was in the apartment and not sure it covered this not trusted bills for me. Anyway for those who looking for an apartment, the only one thing I should say, if you have soo much money to give away for, then you can lease here.
