STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR BLOCK IN GENERAL

REASONS NOT TO TOUR OR LIVE HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST I SHOULD KNOW I BEEN HERE FOR 3YEARS TAKE MY ADVISE AND RUN!!!

Reasons

1. Under garage door parking hasn’t worked For a couple of months and management decides to not do anything about it instead they decided to add a curfew for the tenants that were paying 150.00 a month to Ground parking Calling telling us we can park from 8:30AM to 6:00PM 7days a week if you don’t park your car within those hours, you will Locked out of the garage. For...
people that already parked in the garage after the hours won’t be able to get out I should know I had an Emergency and couldn’t get out of the garage so I Uber to the hospital.

2. Tenants here do not care to pick up after their dogs And dispose of it Black has provided Waste stations on every corner!

3. I understand this is a Dog Friendly community But your dog Barking at 11:00 AM is unacceptable and block does not do anything about it.

4. You pay 60 bucks for amenities and half the amenities are useless For example, valet trashed missed me for the whole month and did not pick up my I’ve asked management Look into it and get this fixed a week goes by And steal my trash is not picked then another week goes by Picked up one day, not picked up the next.

5. On your move out, they will rip up the carpet And nickel and dime you to and Blame you the Boeing of the carpet.

6. I have heard and seen for myself that cars have been personal stollen off the parking lot and people been Breaking into the garages outside in the front. My friend had three cars Of his stolen. Block CLAIMS, they have cameras in the front I did some digging and there’s not one camera in the front So instead, they Told my friend that lives in the same complex that they couldn’t find the person who stole the car. That being said they lied to an 70 year old man instead of just telling him sorry this happens to you.

7. In the summertime people stay at the pool after our pool closes at 10pm. There will be young individuals drinking beer or getting Drunk in the hot tub. I used to have Security Company do sweep up the property have not seen one person doing sweeps for about 7 months!

8. Broken appliances they try to fix it 10 times still broken After the 10th visit. They install new appliance So they claim And still having the same issue!

STAY AWAY

If you want your packages stolen on a regular basis, then this is the place for you! I have had two packages now stolen over the last few weeks. And waterside has just blamed it on the shippers and say there is “nothing” they can do. I have requested for a manager to call me, still waiting for that call. Horrible service. And clearly a sketchy place to live! Stay far away.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The thing about waterside is it’s really nice to look at. That’s about it-during my time here I experienced unprofessional front desk help (could never help with issues), property manager changes every 4-5 months so no one really knows what’s going on.

The craziest part is if you use your microwave/oven during your lease, at the end of it they’ll charge you for the pettiest of things. I cleaned my apartment for two days straight - unlike many apartments waterside has the expectation that you...
are a professional maid and will clean the apartment to unrealistic conditions (better than when you moved in).

They charged me 150 because of 1 tiny spot of oil was left in the microwave that could’ve been wiped down with a paper towel but I was labeled as extremely dirty. They also said I cracked the oven ($22) but when we had our walk through the guy didn’t mention anything about the oven being a problem. Oh did I mention they also said we denied a walk through?

BUT WAIT THERES MORE we also cleaned the carpet every week (it’s only in the bedroom). Really deep cleaned it when we were moving out but the apartment had a third party come out and label the carpet dirty and with an odor. I asked what the odor was and all they could say was a “weird odor”.

The crazy part is that I had pictures to back up everything and yet she zooms in to find the tiniest spot of oil and doesn’t count my pictures and will only go by the 3rd party.

These are the kind of things you should expect when moving in waterside. Again nice place to look at but not worth the headaches they will bring you ...and trust from what I heard around the community when I was there was that everyone was annoyed with how the employees here do business.
