How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a good place to live

We had the cops called on our neighbors at 3 am for fighting, neighbors are always loud and making noise and the management does absolutely nothing about it. So loud i had to move out in which i have to pay a large sum to do so. Cant sleep and zero peace.

Don't do it

you can hear everyone around you, even a sneeze. maintence doesn't do a good job. and don't even get me started on the bugs. not just in summer but winter too. I don't know how they get in, but trust me they will get in. Never will I ever live here again or tell others to live here. do better.

lots of crime...people screaming at night and threats..broken things do not get fixed, nothing is done....look somewhere else

Unsafe, poor management

They don't maintain their property (stuff falling off around complex...) And they for sure won't maintain your apartment. No matter how many times you ask. Not gonna renew our lease. Big mistake living here

From homeless to happy

Moving isn't usually a pleasant experience. However, the staff here made our moving day a piece of cake. Not only is the pool amazing, there's a fitness center, laundry room, and a tanning bed. What could be more convenient than free access to a tanning bed, ladies? The community is very child and pet friendly. We enjoy taking our dog on walks around the complex as well as having cookouts at various locations around the area with the grills and picnic tables provided. The complex also offers a... fun playground for children and tennis/basket all court. Choose from a remodeled or a standard apartment with tons of space and room to grow. High Point East Isn't just an apartment complex to us, it's home.
