Worst management

I just moved in less than a week ago, but already got super mad at the management. First, Jordan in the leasing office is very unfriendly. He talks in a very offensive way. Second, I found the washer in the my apartment broken on the first day. Then I told Jordan, I guess he didn’t even report it. I then called maintenance many many times, they didn’t come until five days later! Chris replaced it with a new one, but he didn’t even connect the water hoses!!! Now I have to call them again. Are you... kidding me? It’s been almost a week, and I still don’t get a working washer. In addition, the property is dirty everywhere. You can see trash everywhere and packages piled on the floor. Worst management ever!!!

Each one of these members have made my partner and I feel so welcomed from the day we stepped through the doors to even now, our third lease with them.
