living here has been a wonderful experience. the modern apartment with all the amenities.sound proof. everything is in walking distance. people in the community are friendly and respectful. i highly recommend this community.

This is a safe community and very clean. The maintenance staff is excellent and fix problems almost immediately. The office staff is friendly also. The grounds are well maintained. The only problem is the rent is increased every year when the lease is up and there is no rhyme or reason in how it's increased. One year it might not be much and then the next year it almost doubles. Doesn't make sense. I love the location and want to stay but will be forced to move once I can no longer afford... the rent.

I love the community but my air conditioning has been an issue since I moved in. It does not circulate evenly, especially upstairs. My electric bills are incredibly high when using the AC, sometimes over 500.00 a month. I feel like the HVAC system is not efficient and spreads a lot of dust. Everyone who works at WR is very professional and polite and the grounds are well maintained. I love the location of my unit as well; it is quiet and private!

A beautiful place to live, the neighbors are friendly and the community is excellent. Management is really kind and easy to work with. My place itself has had zero issues since I’ve moved in, and I honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say about this community
