Pros and cons…nice and comfortable space with large closets dishwasher and my favorite ..washer dryer in apartments….Cons are visitors parking..if you don’t buy a visitor’s parking pass ($100) you basically can’t have visitors unless they are willing to be towed …no controlled access …with growing crime in the area I think it’s needed.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and this is my 1st apartment. I don’t have any major complaints. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive. My neighbors aren’t too loud and the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. I don’t use the amenities, so I can’t speak much about them but I like that we have an Amazon Hub Locker for our packages. My apartment is spacious enough for me and my 2 cats (I have the 1 bedroom and a den). I wish my appliances were updated, but that’s just me... being picky. My favorite thing is my balcony. Overall it’s a nice place especially if it’s your 1st apartment

The community is very quiet and clean! The apartments are very spacious and have a good amount of carpet space. I would recommend this community to family & friends.

Nice spacey homes. Few issues with pest. Rent becomes way higher than advertised due to all these fees. Other than that though I do love my home.

I've been living here for several years and my overall experience has been pretty good the staff is ready to be friendly maintenance usually respond in a timely manner I like that they keep the inside of the hallways clean you know this fresh the grounds are usually somewhat clean that could be a little bit better but overall it has been pretty good here
