Recently moved to the area and have already enjoyed the multiple perks that have come along with it. Located in a nice, residential area, but also close by to multiple strip malls.

For the most part it is a nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is great. The management has lots of events for the residents to socialize. Until recently I felt completely safe. I don’t hold management responsible for the incident, however I feel they could have brought it to the residents attention.

Nice apartments, complex. Has a pool, workout room and is dog friendly. Management and the team kind and take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. Would recommend

Somewhat satisfied The replacement of the vertical blinds was much needed and appreciated. However, the refrigerator is old and falling apart. They just keep patching it up.

Still my home!!! It’s been three years and my opinion of Arrive Crofton has not changed. Great staff, excellent maintenance services, grounds are well maintained and lots of community events. The apartments are in close proximity to everything
