It is way too hot in my apartment. It is over 80 degrees in my unit whenever the temperature outside reaches 60 degrees or higher. There have been several days when it has been 87 degrees as a high inside my unit. I'm miserable and I'm begging for some help but receiving none. I bought a portable air conditioner but it isn't helping because the windows get so hot.

This is an older Building needs work but the new management is working hard to renovate . Lots of improvements necessary and probably coming soon so hopefully things improve here

Love my neighbors. It's very quiet and peaceful on my floor. The staff are attentive and get things done in a timely manner. Everyone is so friendly and kind in the community. I really enjoy living at Arrive North Bethesda

New Property manger is approachable and an issue solver.
The loss of 24 hour concierge and no intercom system creates a safety concern. Pet designated elevator(s) should be in place to avoid the inconvenience of pet waste
