Arrive North Bethesda

I was genuinely very excited to move into the community, as the location and overall appearance initially made a strong impression. Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing and has made me wish I had done more research beforehand. Except for one individual, interactions with the leasing office and concierge felt unwelcoming, as though I was inconveniencing staff rather than being supported as a new resident. The move-in process lacked care, friendliness, and helpful... guidance. Additionally, the unit itself was not fully move-in ready. Several issues were not addressed before my arrival, and despite only being here a few days, I continue to discover items that require repair. La ubicación es genial, y la verdad podría ser mejor vivir aquí , me preocupa un poco la exterminación( presencia de cucarachas pequeñas y ratones ) y la puerta del garaje que así siempre está dañada !!!el personal de mantenimiento es amable !!!

I have enjoyed my time living here; the building's staff is very helpful when something isn't working and responds to requests on time. So far, everything has been resolved.

Very good location - neighborhood, good staff, maintenance so far on the dot. Good amenities. Convenience store, hair salon, dry cleaning are facilities!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Outside of a few minor issues, which were immediately addressed after move in. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience
