The apartment itself is ok the staff not so great maintenance is slow they try fixing the old equipment in your apartment instead of replacing it but other then the apartment is in good condition staff is friendly and work with you on rent

Had a few problems with Heat, Cooling, and refrigerator. All were promptly addressed, even replaced the fridge! Entirely satisfied with maintenance and very nice place/community. Nearby schools are no issue, nice and quiet.

We have been living at Charlesmont Apartments for a while now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The property is very safe, which gives us peace of mind, especially as parents of young children. The cleanliness of the apartment and the entire complex is consistently maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Our kids love it here, and my husband is amazed by the interior setup. The minimalist arrangement of the space is both stylish and practical, making it easy to... organize and feel at home.
