Great office great maintenance staff here. Maintenance is so nice and the staff is very helpful. Move in was great and maintenance did a great job with the apartment

Just ok....could be better. Decent but neighbors sometimes make it difficult. I guess that's the life of a renter.

Sherwood is a great place to live with a great neighborhood. The food market down the street is my favorite. The property is always clean as well.

Maintenance request are marked completed by staff even though they are not. Complex tries to sneak in fees to the bill instead of directly asking residents for updated forms.
