Love it here. Nice and quiet. My apartment is very spacious. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. Great area as it is close to a major highway. Overall really nice place

Everyone we have met so far,very friendly, really quiet neighborhood, like it very much.had a problem with our heating,and maintenance fix it within 24 hours.very nice staff

Calm and quiet community. The upkeep of the apartments could be better but they are quick to come and service once they have the ticket in but they don’t always fix the problem.

I've been here for less than a month and so far so good. Mr. Jermaine, the maintenance man has been very prompt with fixing the minor things off my move in checklist. The office staff, Ms. Nekia and the Property Mgr. has been very responsive and caring since I first applied to become a new resident. The grounds are very well kept. It's a quiet neighborhood...just what I was seeking. Thank you Morgan Properties! Continue doing what you're doing for your residents here at CC.
