It’s a great place! The community is fun with unique events such as trunk or treating for kids and the maintenance is very clean. I am very happy here

None of the problems that I found in my initial walkthrough have been addressed by maintenance and it has been almost 3 months. My maintenance requests have been ignored but they are proactive with the things that haven’t been specific requests such as checking smoke detectors and changing the HVAC filters.

Am very happy with my apartment and the community. Lots to offer just not enough time to enjoy it all It’s very convenient for my job, shopping and personal doctors so I can stay on top of my health.

Poor management

This apartment is reasonably priced, but there are several reasons for this. The building is plagued by roaches, and maintenance work orders are often presented as mere suggestions. Additionally, non-residents frequently occupy the hallways. It is unfortunate that individuals who cannot afford more suitable accommodations are compelled to endure subpar building management.

It’s been ok. Many things I could complain about but I choose not to. Overall living here is a decent experience and really the only annoying part for me is the fact that we live on the second floor, so I can hear every My neighbors above me take.
