Nice neighborhood, clean areas, plenty space even for one bedroom apartments, administrative office kind and efficient. We just moved into this complex and so far we like it!

Nice apartment. Only some minor maintenance issues when I move in, but the maintenance team did an excellent job at quickly addressing them.

Pretty quiet community. Maintenance is pretty good, amenities are acceptable. The biggest issue is that they LOVE to shut off the water for hours about two times a week. I’ve lived here 3 months and they’ve already shut off the water about 7 times and when it comes back on the water is muddy into the next day. It’s ridiculous.
