Good starter community for people whose getting first apartments or need back on their feet. There is some concern about disrespectful neighbors and pests but the leasing office does try to help as much as they can.

it has been really good! everyone is very friendly and kind, amber from the office is very respectful and friendly. the only complaint we would have is that the bedrooms don't have lights

Parking is horrible since i moved in if you cant park before 5pm forget about it your not parking instead you have to park all the way out of the community just to have a space to park.
Other than that the apartments are nice and affordable and they dont make me want to rip my hair out so thats great.

I enjoy living here. I have great neighbors and a safe community to raise my son. Maintenance is friendly and efficient and the staff at the management office always address any questions or concerns I have.
