Gwynn Oaks Landing Apartments and Townhomes

I love living here because the staff is great and the neighbors are great . I been here for 2years and had no problems with anyone . I would recommend these apartments

So far things have been going good request has been responded to other than not knowing how to get my stove to work I haven’t had any major issues also when I do reach out to anyone from the leasing office I do get a response pretty quickly

Kelli and Thomas were very helpful through my whole experience, this is my first time living on my own and they made sure everything was handled perfectly.

Living here isn’t pleasant at all. The walls are very thin. I have the noisiest neighbors I’ve ever had. I smell smoke throughout my apartment at all times of the day and no one isn’t my apartment smokes. I hear gun shots at all different hours of the night. The staff at the leasing office and resident services are very rude and do not reply in a timely manner. The trash outside looks terrible most days. There’s trash all over the ground outside of the dumpster. The only reason I haven’t... experienced rodents is because I paid a different pest control company to come out and seal holes and spray for bugs. Maintenance doesn’t properly knock before entering the apartment. I work from home so they are always a disturbance. They do not listen to my request to wear shoe covers when in my apartment. I do not walk around my place with outside shoes on and I would appreciate the same respect from them. I strongly encourage anyone that asks me if they should lease here, to run far away. Read More
