Wonderful apartment and I love it here it's so beautiful. The one star left out is because when I moved in, there were so many things I wasn't oriented on so my move in was just not it. Communication was also bad but generally once we get past that, top tier building!

Great experience, clean, smells good and the staff is very professional! I know I will enjoy living in the unit. It’s always been a pleasure to work with the property manager.

Hello
I don’t have MUCH TO SAY since the last time you sent me a “RATE AND REVIEW YOUR APARTMENT COMMUNITY” survey. Just remember to put US the residents first thinking about continual SAFTY MEASURES i.e door locks are checked REGULARLY, maybe more VISIBLE security CAMERAS, ASK THE PET OWNERS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS : add a PET WASTE area or TELL THEM WHERE ITS LOCATED.
Thank you

Warning: reconsider moving here

I recently moved out and felt compelled to warn potential residents that this is a bad place to live for these reasons:

1. The building is dirty inside, especially in trash rooms and the loading dock. The stench in the trash rooms is so gross that every time I threw my trash away, I would gag horribly. I'm not overly sensitive - the smell is just that bad. The loading dock also doubles as a place where dumpsters are kept and smells bas as a result. Imagine yourself on move-in day, unloading...
for hours, and nearly vomiting the entire time because of the stench. That was me a year ago.

2. The staff is nice, but is very bad at communication and is disorganized. Calls and emails are not returned. Staff are not present on the weekend. If you work normal hours, it is very difficult to get ahold of the staff. There is no formal process for bringing new residents in or checking residents out who are moving out. Always felt like they were just winging it without training.

3. Cars are broken into and I've seen several cars on blocks with missing wheels.

4. Fees. Resident parking is $75 for an unreserved space and visitor parking is paid hourly at something like $2.50 an hour with no max. Someone visiting for a weekend might end up paying over $100 for parking. There are also a lot of move-in fees and random fees added to your monthly bill.

5. Fire alarms go off about once a month in the middle of the night. Sometimes more often. It is really impactful on sleep.

6. There are a lot of pests. Centipedes, pill bugs, spiders, crickets, and flies will be in your apartment often. I'm a very clean person and take my trash out regularly. Despite that, bugs were always around. Also, several times a week I would hear something scampering within the HVAC. At some point that scampering ceased and was replaced with a noxious smell for several weeks. Many rats/mice are outside as well. I assume whatever was up there died and I was smelling its body.

I want to be fair in my review, so here are some positives: my apartment was spacious and pretty modern. While I hated and was grossed out by the building, once I made it into my apartment I enjoyed being there most of the time. Maintenance was very kind and responsive to work orders.

About a month into living here I felt like I made an awful decision and regretted moving in. I don't want you to share the experience I, and several other residents I've spoken to, go through. Please reconsider moving to Mosaic at Largo Station.
