The Residences at Springfield Station is an excellent community to live in. It’s conveniently located next to shopping centers and the metro. The apartments are nice and the management/leasing staff are friendly, informative and professional. Overall I’ve had an amazing experience living here.

The area was always clean , metro accessible was a dream. Stores walking distance , beltway all convenient. Never had bug problems or rodents . The cleaning crew were always kept the premises clean compared to other places.

I have been a resident at Springfield Station for over three years now. I truly enjoy living here, it feels like home very peaceful, clean and friendly neighbors. Great place to keep in shape inside the fitness center, swimming pool or just sit back BBQ, enjoy your family, friends and your neighbors.
