Northampton Apartment Homes

I am currently attempting to rent here and it’s already been a hassle. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the leasing office for two days now . I’ve had no one reach out to me as far as next steps with my application. No updates after I’ve gotten approved & paid the application fee and added any additional information they may have needed . It’s like you have to keep calling and calling when they should be the ones updating you … thus far I am not impressed. Customer service sucks.

Just moved in but so far…I really love my apartment and the neighborhood! It’s really quiet and extremely convenient to different shops, minutes from the highway!

This is actually my very first apartment. Very clean, maintenance responds promptly. I do wish the leasing office responded faster but for the most part I enjoy living here.

My experience here so far has been amazing. Management is very responsive, and staff is great as well. I also like the way they keep us informed about what's going on in the community through emails.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 aren’t rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.
