Don’t make the mistake of signing a lease here. The halls reek of the smell of garbage that tenants leave outside their doors days at a time, many tenants don’t observe any of the policies in their leases (implied and explicit) including noise ordinances and smoking policies. The parking garage gate, entry doors, and elevator are routinely broken leading to unsafe conditions. Property management staff that manages the mailroom are insanely rude. this property is great- new carpets and hallway paint. Great maintenance and office staff. The amenities are wonderful

Don’t waste your time. You will spend more money trying to repair your car than actually paying rent. Car vandalism is very frequent.
