It was a pleasant experience to live in the community. Improvements were always happening to better the it. Although the dog park can use some improving, perhaps it’s next on the list, but I do appreciate how the grounds were always maintained and kept clean.

Clean environment. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Safe space for children. Repairs and improvements constantly in progress. Rental office communicates with residents about different things going on in the community.

These are not the best properties to stay at. The maintenance crews do half way work and the amenities are a separate cost but you never have full access to them. Prime example…. You are only allowed to use the grill in the pool season but what about those who want to have a BBQ when there is a nice weather day in March or April.

I would like to give a big shout to Ms. Danielle, Property Manger at Villages of Montpelier. She and her team were so professional and incredibly helpful with my move-in. Very impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and willingness to address any concerns promptly. Two weeks living here feels like a true community. It is so quiet and everyone is so friendly. Grounds are so well kept. I would highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a place to call home. This is the place. Thank you... again to Ms. Danielle and her team. A new resident so far everything has been great! Just the neighborhood parking that sucks. Very quiet neighborhood but lots of fríendly residents. The parking is kind of confusing due to not knowing what’s a visitor space, & what’s not. The signs aren’t really there on the ground. But other than 8:/10 so far.
