A new resident so far everything has been great! Just the neighborhood parking that sucks. Very quiet neighborhood but lots of fríendly residents. The parking is kind of confusing due to not knowing what’s a visitor space, & what’s not. The signs aren’t really there on the ground. But other than 8:/10 so far.

This apartment is simple, just right for the price, accessible to Baltimore, Washington DC. The place is also near to Arundel Mills and Bowie Town Center.

This place is amazing , the office and maintenance people are very attentive with renters and apartments problems. I recommend this place for sure !

Still fantastic neighborhood to be a part of. Safe and well kept, no complaints. I recommend this neighborhood to anyone that wants affordable quality housing.

Master bathroom the bathtub draines slow.The toilet doesn't flush correctly and the sink stopper is not working.Most of all there's a little boy upstairs who runs all day,very annoying.
