All good here! Moved in August 1st. AC was down, but maintenance had it back and up the next day! Everything has been great so far!

Great Place and Responsive Staff Great apartment, love the location and accommodations. Staff has been so nice, and VERY fast to fix any issues! The maintenance team is amazing!

Our organization has had terrible office response. When visiting the office the staff sat chatting and wouldn't acknowledge our presence. They have not returned our deposit and we could not reach them by phone. Unacceptable staff response.

For over a month there have been rodents running rampant through the entire building. Maintenance has not remedied the issue. Two tenants have relocated their families. Rodents in my kids room and nothing has been done

I moved in January 2021. So far, not impressed with service. We have needed multiple things repaired and it often takes multiple calls sometimes for days, to get someone to come out. And be prepared to wait almost an entire day for someone to finally come by. We needed our water heater fixed yesterday they didn't come until later today around 6pm when they were supposed to be here before 4. It's very difficult to make plans or work from home when they never give a set time and often come very... late. It took them two days to fix and close the utility door- they have the key- it was left wide open for two days while a severe rainstorm occurred. Then outside of this, we constantly put up with the skunk smell of weed wafting into our apartment, day in and day put, from our next door neighbors. It's all the time, any time of day.
