Responsibility and care.
My experience After 1 year at Congressional Tower Apartment, I am compelled to share the persistent issues that have made my residency here untenable. The presence of mice and insects has been a constant battle, one that has significantly impacted the comfort and hygiene of my living space. Despite repeated complaints, the problem persists, leaving me to question the efficacy of the pest control measures in place.
Moreover, for a prolonged three-month period, my apartment was plagued by toxic... odors that permeated the air, making it difficult to breathe and live comfortably. The source of these smells was never adequately addressed, leaving residents like myself to endure without recourse.
Parking is another critical issue. After 9 PM, finding a spot near my building is a game of luck. The full lots force me to park at a considerable distance, raising concerns about safety and convenience, especially during late hours.
Lastly, the management’s approach to community harmony has been less than satisfactory. I received unfounded complaints about noise disturbances, which I could disprove with evidence. While an apology from management followed, the incident reflects a broader lack of communication and understanding between the residents and those in charge.
In conclusion, while the idea of living at Congressional Towers Apartment seemed promising, the reality has been far from it. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for necessary changes to be made.
