The houses are nice, the services are generally great, there's a very nice community pool that operates during the summer break
but there's not enough cleaning/gardening going around the shard court yards, and in general, the public areas could use a bit of touch.
The community is mixed and there's a general feeling of co-existence.
The price is competitive for the time.
In general I'd recommend living here.

I recently moved in, and I can already tell it’s going to be a wonderful place to live. My first week here has been nothing short of great. The apartment is bright and feels like the perfect place to settle in. I love the modern design and how well-maintained everything is.
The location is incredibly convenient there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, and public transit options. It’s a peaceful neighborhood!

I've lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed the community so far with no issues. Will probably be renewing lease soon to stay longer

We moved to Rollins on starting of July. overall the experience was fantastic till now. I think they should work more on the maintainance before handeling to the new teanats.
