Living here for 7 months current resident until next week. So far I've had to contact maintenance on 4 SEPARATE TIMES at the minimum for the bug problem. I had baby roaches coming through my bedroom carpet, front office thought it was no big deal.
As of today 05/24/24 my central air has been out for a week and I'm still waiting!

I have lived in Bloomfield Square Apartments for a few months now and I have had a great experience so far. The staff is excellent. They are always very nice and helpful. The maintenance team has also been awesome. They respond to matters quickly and fix any issues the first time around. The apartment complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe here. The apartments are well kept and they have some new, upgraded units. I have an upgraded unit and love it! The clubhouse also... has a brand new workout room, which is nice. I hope to be a resident here for a good amount of time!

I currently live in the Bloomfield Square Apartments in Auburn Hills. I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 Baths and it is really nice. Harwood floors in the dining area, kitchen and entrance hall. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance is second to none. They are very prompt when you call for a maintenance issue. The area is quiet and the pool is nice. The rent is very reasonable and the apartment is worth the price in size. I plan on being a resident here for a very long time.
