Unsafe area to live. Complex is surrounded by abandoned businesses. No street lights so car accidents are a common occurrence. Rent raises exponentially each year. Management lacks communication and basic decency skills. This place is not a home, you will simply be a number to the business owners.

I’ve been staying at Cherry Hill Village for about two years and I love it. They’re maintenance is 24 hours, and they also sometimes serve the residents breakfast, One of my favorite ppl to work with is Chanel she’s really sweet, also Sarah. If your looking for somewhere family oriented and peaceful, this is the way to go.

NO SAFE any more. Last month fire this month shooting and killing between residents. Moving out with my family soon.

So a lot of apartment reviews I have seen show me a lot of love or hate for places so I am going to try to be objective. The maintenance department here is kind and caring, willing to take calls at night, and even helped start my car once when the battery died. There are a lot of kind and wonderful neighbors here too, that are just amazing. .

It is also the kind of apartment complex where the office staff can be very dismissive and rude once you sign for an apartment. Since rent payment... must include the rent and utility costs at the same time and not separately, receiving your utility bill late will lead to a shaming letter and conversation from the office staff who have dismissed my attempts to explain this situation to them or to assist in resolving this concern. These conversations lack any kind of customer service, it is a very awkward experience when the person you pay almost a thousand dollars a month speaks over you in a passive aggressive manner. These conversations have happened too often here. In short, if you can handle being disrespected by the staff you hand your money to, and have a lawyer on standby for when you leave because I have heard they always try to get money from tenants for made up damages, and cleaning fees then you have a place to call home.
