Deplorable
Stopped by for a tour of the property and was shown a unit. You can tell they did a horribly rushed job on the unit from the painting, caulking, and more. The appliance is cheap-looking, and so is the carpet (you can actually see it buckling up) in certain areas. The basement is dirty-looking and you can tell they don't mop, sweep, or sanitize let alone have the building sprayed for bugs regularly as I saw dead bugs throughout the basement. You can hear the neighbors walking and talking so the... walls/floors are very thin and creaky. In the hallway going into the unit, the hallway stinks like the carpet has not been shampooed. I drove by later on after hours to get a better feel of the property and as I walked around I could smell marijuana and loud music being played. I know the tenants have to be upset with the things I noticed and they live there. The money they want to charge is ridiculous, each tenant should have their own washer and dryer in their unit and not a shared one in a nasty basement. Doesn't seem like the property manager/staff has a keen sense of what's going on after office hours. All in all, I wouldn't select this property as my “future” home.
