This is a community that has consistent activity for upkeep and maintenance on the exterior the buildings of the campus. There is much attention to detail and observing resident needs to a safe and comfortable living all year long.

Laurel Valley Apartments is an apartment complex that is pleasant to live at. Price is reasonable, issues are dealt with in a reasonable time. It's quiet, clean and maintained very well.

Maintenance is provided quickly and the property is well taken care of, despite the FurBaby parents that refuse to pick up after them and deposit the excrement into the three containers provided.
