Run, don't walk, away from this place
The management is unorganized, disheveled and has absolutely no interest in their tenants' needs. I have numerous stories about this place but I will stick with the biggest. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that damaged the kitchen ceiling downstairs. The ceiling had obvious water damage and the paint was bubbling off. The 1st time they sent someone in (after placing maintenance requests for a month) they smeared drywall mud all over and did some sanding. I made a complaint on their Facebook... and they sent in a "contractor" to fix it. The management office did not tell me when he was coming. I came home on a Tuesday evening to my entire kitchen covered in drywall dust. Apparently this "contractor" came in and smeared more drywall mud on it and then sanded it. He did not cover anything in my kitchen or put up plastic to prevent the dust from traveling through my townhouse. I had food, appliances, countertops, floors, kitchen table, absolutely everything was covered in drywall dust. It traveled into my living room and there was dust 15 feet away from the kitchen on my living room table. My couch and computer were even full of dust. I have a dozen emails back and forth with them. They refuse to take any responsibility and initially blamed it on the contractor. As things progressed they flat out lied to me and told me the contractor had covered everything. I have pictures showing dust so thick I could write my name in it. They refused to send someone in to clean it or reimburse me to have a cleaning person in to take care of their mess. It was inside my cupboards and all my dishes and glassware had to be washed. I finally told them to stay out of my unit and I cleaned up behind them. They also never addressed my concerns that water damaged drywall should have been cut out and replaced, not just covered up. I'm sure there is mold in there somewhere. The attitude of the office is atrocious, they do not care about their residents and they refuse to take responsibility for anything. I also have had numerous maintenance requests for other things that took weeks to address. One of my closet doors came off the track and it took them 5 weeks to send someone in to do it. And even then, they rigged it up and it fell off again two days later. The girls in the office are rude and disrespectful and have a horrible, nasty attitude. Most definitely was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have all the emails and pictures to back all of this up.
