DO NOT MOVE HERE

The property is like a landfill with trash everywhere. The maintenance staff is absolutely horrendous and they never fix anything. The apartments are outdated and raggedy with leak spots all over the ceiling. My ceiling in my bathroom is coming apart. Parking is atrocious and the leasing staff constantly changed. There’s been 4 managers come and go and I’ve been here since March 2022. Terrible.

horrible in every aspect

Cost is overpriced as they charge several hidden fees and jack up their prices regularly. Whatever price you see add $200 to be safe.
The complex is trashed. Like literally trash all over the place its disgusting. The management is unresponsive and never assists the tenants with maintenance or anything.
SAFETY. Its a very unsafe complex with shootings every other night, fights outside in the parking lot regularly. Being outside at night is very dangerous and not recommended.
If you decide to...
move here you will have a terrible experience. It is not worth it at all.

Do yourself a favor, don’t live here.

This complex is terrible. The office staff is unorganized, has bad communication, and has a lack of urgency to help residents. Amenities advertised you’re not actually offered. The complex has a bug infestation. Services that residents pay a monthly fee for are not consistent. The office staff always has an excuse that they don’t know how to resolve your problem. This place is unbelievably terrible.

Screw This Place

DO NOT MOVE HERE! As soon as my boyfriend and I moved here we could tell this was gonna be crappy. The water heater didn’t work, the thermostat was broken (in the middle of winter) and they put in a washer and dryer even though we have one already. They’re still trying to charge us $50 even though we took them out and put ours in as soon as we got here. Now, they have been sitting in my kitchen waiting for them to come pick it up. It’s been days and every time I call they don’t anything but... stall. Not to mention a bunch of cosmetic issues with apartment. For the move of God go next door. They know how to treat their customers and they actually care about them unlike this place.

Do Not Move Here!

The apartment has really went downhill, there’s trash everywhere, the pool hasn’t been open the past 2 years. Also they add unnecessary things to make your rent higher and when you address it they still will not give a refund. Don’t waste your time here!
